Is WasteBolt available as a mobile app?
WasteBolt isn't in app stores yet, but our mobile-first design works perfectly on any smartphone or tablet. Simply add WasteBolt to your home screen for an app-like experience. On iPhone: tap Share > Add to Home Screen. On Android: tap menu > Install App.
How much does WasteBolt cost?
WasteBolt offers a 30-day free trial, then plans from £29.99/month (+VAT). Choose Starter (1 admin), Pro (2 admins + up to 10 drivers), or Enterprise (5 admins + up to 25 drivers, up to 3 sites). All plans include every feature. Annual billing saves 10%. Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime.
Can I add drivers or team members to my account?
Yes. Pro includes up to 10 driver seats and Enterprise up to 25 — all included in the plan price. Drivers get mobile access to create WTNs and dockets but cannot view sensitive business data or admin settings. Need more than 25 drivers? Contact us about a Custom plan.
Are digital Waste Transfer Notes legally valid?
Yes. WasteBolt WTNs meet all requirements of the Environmental Protection Act 1990 and Duty of Care Regulations. Our e-signatures are legally binding under UK law. Documents are accepted by the EA, NRW, SEPA, and NIEA.
What is Digital Waste Tracking (DWT)?
DWT is the UK Government's mandatory digital waste tracking system, mandatory from October 2026. WasteBolt is already live on Defra's production DWT environment — submitting real waste movements since June 2026.
